Exceptional. I would recommend them for any move. It was the easiest move I have had!They were polite, professional and efficient with clear communication throughout the move. All interactions were calm and respectful.They provided reusable boxes which made packing easy. I was also impressed by the teams ability to navigate furniture in my tight staircase without touching the walls.Their packing showed a lot of forethought and an established efficient practice for packing belongings in to the truck.I would definitely move with them again.

Let me start this by saying I've moved 7 times in 11 years. Many of them my husband and I did ourselves with a trailer. The few times we did hire removalists, they simply came and took all the stuff we had already moved into the garage for their easy collection and then dropped it off in the garage at the new place. I've always been a no-bells-and-whistles kind of customer that wants the cheapest price possible.Okay. Got that out of the way. Now I can tell you since working with the RemovAus team (in particular Braga and Gus) I'm a total CONVERT. High-touch, premium removalists are the way to go. My god, the EASE in which we've moved into this new property is all down to them. If anything they're undercharging for the level of stress-relief they provided lol.They came in, handed us boxes (I'm usually a move it in the drawers and dump stuff in bags and "she'll be right" kinda person) and we packed while they loaded the truck. They then put things where they were SUPPOSED to be in the new place.This isn't even mentioning that the access at our original property was bloody terrible, but they barely broke a sweat. Even when I had basically wanted to give up and just lay on the floor and go to sleep lol.I'm so grateful to their help. We're basically all moved in and unpacked in 3 days! A few boxes to empty but I'm blown away at how easy this was. And they even come back and COLLECT the boxes for us so I don't have to try and steathily dump them in my new neighbour's recycling bins on collection night lol.So if you're looking for cheap and have always been a "cheap" customer... maybe consider what your time and energy is worth and get some actual help from RemovAus.

We engaged with RemovAus for a white-glove removals service to our home in Caroline Springs. Our move was somewhat challenging, as we needed to move virtually two sets of household goods into one home. Braga lead the moving teams, and was highly communicative and fully engaged at all stages of the process, from the on-site quote to the final hour of move day. We were impressed with his attention to detail and calm and collected approach on the move days.
