I've moved houses many times and usually tried to save money by hiring the cheapest and affordable removalists I could find. Unfortunately, something always go wrong, whether it was damaged furniture or scratches on the walls. This time, I decided to pay a little more and hire a premium, well-reviewed company.I found RemovAus, and now I understand why they have so many 5-star reviews. Braga and Pedro were very professional, careful, and really know what they were doing. They wrapped most of my furniture and valuables in protective plastic, something many of my previous removalists never did. They also had no trouble moving heavy furniture up and down a difficult spiral staircase.I was very with their job and I'm glad I learnt my mistake from the past. Try them for yourself and you'll see why they are rated 5 stars.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Braga and Simone for the fantastic job they did with my move from Deanside to Aintree.From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly hardworking. They even packed some items that I had forgotten and carefully arranged everything in the truck. It was clear that they took great pride in their work and treated my belongings as if they were their own.They handled everything with care, especially my TV, fridge, washing machine, beds, and other furniture. Throughout the move, they kept me informed and communicated every step of the way, which made the whole experience much less stressful.One thing I really appreciated was their patience when I couldn't decide where to place my sofa. They took the time to move it around so I could see how it looked in different spots, and when I decided that the original location was best, they happily moved it back without any hesitation. They made sure every item ended up exactly where it needed to be.I also have to apologise for my mattress, it was unbelievably heavy! Despite the challenge, they carried it upstairs with smiles on their faces, encouraging each other with "uno, dos, tres" as they went. It was a tough job, but they handled it like absolute champions.To top it all off, they reassembled my bed and TV and made sure everything was set up correctly and working perfectly before they left.Moving can be stressful, but Braga and Simone made the whole process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers really stood out.Thank you both for going above and beyond.
