I have been working with Lauren for years and I cannot recommend her enough!
Lauren’s cutting guide has been my go to bible for a long time. It’s super easy to use and follow, it helps keep me accountable and it has helped me structure my workouts in the gym which has improved my confidence massively. The guide has supported my fitness journey in helping me to achieve and maintain the body I want while also enjoying my life (lots of good food and wine!)
Whilst pregnant, I really enjoyed the PT sessions I did with Lauren. She was so lovely, so knowledgable and so considerate. She helped me to feel confident in the gym environment and really took the time to cater the workout plans to my needs and changing abilities as I progressed throughout my pregnancy. Being a mum herself and knowing she had worked out throughout her pregnancy, I felt confident and in safe hands with Lauren and knew she’d be able to relate to me.
Around 10 weeks post partum I decided to begin a plan with Lauren again, the main goal was to get my body moving again slowly and just build up my strength and confidence. I am now 8 months post partum and am the happiest I’ve been with my body in years. Lauren’s plan not only helped me physically but also mentally. As a first time mum, finding the balance can be hard but Lauren was so supportive and helpful and so mindful of my wellbeing. Again being a mum, Lauren was so relatable! Thanks to Lauren’s plan, I was able to feel confident in a bikini this year on holiday and fit into clothes I haven’t worn in years and just generally feel a lot better in myself.
I would highly recommend Lauren if you’re looking for great support, accountability, motivation, long lasting results and a trainer who genuinely cares about you🩷
