Best service around! I have a large family with one bathroom. So when the sewer line was clogged and backed up, it left us in a panic. Another larger company swore they would come by that morning. When we called that afternoon, they said they wouldn’t make it(and never let us know either).. Called Shane and he came out that evening and had us back working within 30 minutes. Fair prices too! I would have never used that larger company if I would have known Shane before then. He has definitely gained a loyal customer!

I had a gas leak coming from the line from the gas fireplace. The technicians were polite and respectful of my home. They assessed the situation to determine the best way to get to the pipe that would allow them to make the repair with the least amount of damage to the sheetrock. After repairing the leak and testing it, they tested the fireplace insert. (Very old) Starter does not work so I will get a new one and when I do, I’ll be sure to call them back for that as well as any other plumbing need I may have in the future. The owner Mr. Shane and his crew are very knowledgeable, honest and kind. They have done good work for my family over the years and now they I’ve had a great experience with them, I can definitely recommend Mr. Shane Wright and team. I had a terrible and dangerous gas leak, they got to me as soon as they could, provided me quality service & I’m very satisfied. Don’t hesitate to call them. Thank you very much.

*Edit* After writing a favorable review (which we were asked to do), we realized that after hooking up the plumbing to our building, a drain was not installed to our washing machine, resulting in the washer draining directly under our building, instead of into the septic system. We called about this issue ELEVEN WEEKS ago, and still haven’t heard from them. Giving the benefit of doubt with two hurricanes, we called to touch base, and ask about him looking at our water heater also and possibly replacing it. That was TWO WEEKS ago, and still no response. We will be calling another plumber tomorrow. Calling a plumber for a job that you are unsure about is pretty scary, especially when you try and research what certain jobs may cost!! Shane Wright Plumbing exceeded our expectations on service and value! Shane has done several different jobs for us recently and always responds quickly and gets the job done promptly! He and his crew are friendly and professional. We will call them again if needed, and would highly recommend them.
