*Edit* After writing a favorable review (which we were asked to do), we realized that after hooking up the plumbing to our building, a drain was not installed to our washing machine, resulting in the washer draining directly under our building, instead of into the septic system. We called about this issue ELEVEN WEEKS ago, and still haven’t heard from them. Giving the benefit of doubt with two hurricanes, we called to touch base, and ask about him looking at our water heater also and possibly replacing it. That was TWO WEEKS ago, and still no response. We will be calling another plumber tomorrow. Calling a plumber for a job that you are unsure about is pretty scary, especially when you try and research what certain jobs may cost!!
