CJ was our broker on our transaction. He was always professional, communicated clearly and quickly as the many steps that happen with a mortgage transaction unfolded. We originally were working with a lender directly, and after letting CJ run some options for us he was able to broker something far better than we could find direct with a lender. We were pleasantly surprised by that. Once we picked the lender and program, CJ was incredibly helpful with guiding us through the unique program's requirements.
