Fumbi is an amazing trainer. He takes the time to help you and teach you how to workout properly. I thought I knew how to workout but after working out with fumbi I was wrong! He educated me on how to build muscle and eat properly. He knows his stuff and is very motivating. I would recommend him anyone that wants to change their life for the better.

I started with the 6-week challenge. When I started I felt weak and tired ....as the weeks progressed.... I got stronger and noticed a difference in my energy level. Fumbi customizes the exercise to you and your abilities. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to personalize exercises and diet plans with you. I look forward to my classes every week and will continue with him. He is a great trainer.
