Nicola covered our wedding and I’m so pleased we chose her, from the first moment we contacted her she was brilliant and kept in touch throughout the wedding preparations and made lots of suggestions for the best photos to capture our special day. We asked Nic to photograph our wedding which took place 01/04/2023 at Wychwood Park and it was easily one of the best decisions we made! From our first contact about it, she has been so amazing! She talked us through what to expect, anything she can help with and explaining things I hadn't thought of or didn't understand (wedding planning is a minefield!). Nic is so so knowledgeable about everything wedding and photography related, she felt like a comfort that knew the answer every question I had! She was also there to reassure me to take a breather and calm down at times, I'm no bridezilla but I can admit that the stress got to me in the end! We had several phone conversations which quite honestly, just descended into friendly chitchat. By the time the day rolled around, on some occasions you barely knew Nic was there, snapping away in the background, then on others she was brilliant at shepherding the guests and instructing us clearly. There was always clearly a vision behind the pictures. Everyone I've spoken to have said how much they loved Nic and how brilliant they thought she was. We received our sneak peek yesterday and I'm already giddy with excitement to see the rest. After visiting several wedding fayres and chatting to photographers, we bumped in to Nicola our paths had crossed some years earlier but none the less she got to know us like any of her clients. She popped to our home for a brew and an initial chat. She asked us every detail of what we would expect from our wedding photographer. We then settled on one of the plans and costing. Nicola later on in the year came to our wedding rehersal, chatted with my family and friends and our Priest. We were quickly put at ease. On our big day Nicola spent time with the bridal party. My daughter had her yearly school photo taken a few weeks ago. I've not been happy with the pics I've received for the last 2 years. But this year I really wasn't happy. Nicola photographed my 14 week old Puppy. I would 100% recommend her. She had far more patience than i ever would have.
