When I came to Monique, I was just an emotional & physical wreck & since our sessions I have came so far. I've healed so many past traumas & hurts & because of that I feel so much lighter, I no longer have that feeling of having a ton of bricks on me or feeling like I can't breathe. I am writing to formally complain about an extremely troubling experience during my recent stay at “Wanderer Studio” (Reservation ID: HA-52YXZG) from February 15th to 16th. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of response and the negligence displayed by both the hosts and VRBO. This issue must be resolved immediately.When we arrived at 10:30 PM on February 15th, we were stunned to find the hosts lounging in our bed, watching TV, and eating chips. They were flustered and claimed they didn’t know we were coming, offering to make the bed for us. This was not only unprofessional but also unsanitary and entirely unacceptable. The hosts were occupying the property, leaving us feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. We did not feel it was appropriate to stay in a space where the hosts were casually lounging in the bed meant for us.We reported the issue to VRBO immediately and expected prompt assistance, but we’ve heard nothing back. We are now out $281 with no resolution or compensation, leaving us feeling completely ignored. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating.Additionally, the hosts have changed their story several times. Their latest explanation is that they were there to clean, as the cleaning service couldn’t arrive before 10:30 PM. However, they were not cleaning—they were simply lounging and watching TV, showing no intent to prepare the property for guests. We expected the property to be entirely ours for the night, but instead, we were faced with a situation that compromised our privacy and well-being.I am demanding the following actions:A full refund of the $281 for this booking.Immediate removal of this property from the VRBO platform to prevent other guests from facing the same experience.A clear explanation of what VRBO will do to address this issue and prevent future occurrences.The behavior from both the hosts and VRBO is unacceptable, and I expect prompt action to resolve this matter. If this is not addressed swiftly, I will escalate my complaint to the appropriate authorities and consumer protection agencies.

We brought our almost 7 week old baby in to see Monique because she was super gassy and constipated (like 13 days constipated) and we didn’t know what else to do. She worked with our girl for almost an hour doing all kinds of massages and exercises. We went in with a screaming baby and came out with a sleeping baby. Monique really cared about our girl and she didn’t want us to leave until she made progress. She also took the time to teach us what she was doing and why so that we could continue doing it at home! Her prices are very fair and to be honest paying more wouldn’t have been an issue for the care and time she gave our little one. Monique is some kind of miracle worker because later that night our baby had 2 very big bowels removing everything that was blocked! Thank you so much Monique!

Monique is exceptional at what she does! I have had a breakthrough session and a somatic massage with her and WOW! I have been able to work through more in the 2 sessions with her than I have in years of counseling! Not to say that counseling hasn’t helped, Monique has helped bridge what I have learned and how to heal my body from past trauma. Highly recommend working with her!!!

I have been searching for someone who could do somatic healing with my body since I have some ailments that have arisen that I’ve never had before. I know from experience and studying a lot about the mind/body connection that trauma and emotions get trapped in the body if you don’t address them, and that’s when physical ailments present themselves. I was so grateful to find Monique. Her method of healing is very powerful and exactly what I needed. She facilitates the release of trauma and trapped emotions by using her hands and pulsating areas on the body, along with massage. She also put me in a yoga swing which helped to calm my nervous system and then we did some more gentle stretching to help move energy within my body. Monique’s method of healing encompasses many methodologies and she is very intuitive with where the body needs releasing. I highly recommend her for both body work as well as her coaching. I have been a participant in her coaching program for the past 4 weeks and have seen so many shifts in my life because of her work. I’m so appreciative of all her support!
