Unfortunately not a good experience, though I was hopeful and gave it a chance. Communication is prompt but poor over text, service was available ASAP, but it took 5 hours to clean an empty 1000 sq ft apartment. I felt taken advantage of in that respect, because obviously they are being paid hourly. To find some of the appliances not cleaned properly and the shower/tub filthy was upsetting to say the least. And to hear from the cleaner not the owner at first regarding these complaints, was inappropriate mostly because the owner needs to take responsibility of his employees, and both were defensive with me regarding what she claimed to have done. Regardless of if touched, they were not finished properly and again, the tub was inexcusable. He offered to send the cleaner back the next day but she could not get there, so then he asked me if I could pick her up and give her a ride. All in all, wiping my hands clean of this because this was a move out one time clean, but posting to kindly heed a warning to others. This was just my personal experience, I can’t speak to the good reviews that made me hopeful for a better experience. It’s possible it was the (not great) luck of the draw. I wish I could have said better things, but this was a service I paid for.

The first cleaning was good. The second she showed up and said she needed coffee. She went for some. Cleaned 3.5 out of the 4 hours and then wanted the whole 4 hours pay and cleaning supplies which was never told to us. Never again!! Never! Very unprofessional!!!

Cleaner was very polite service was swift and pricing was fair they are what they’re name entails.
