During the process of buying a house, Will has not been easy to work with. I was told by his representative to have the inspection on a certain date, the house wasn’t ready for my inspector to complete. According to a comment by the inspector the radon test came back high and mentioned I needed a mitigation system and according to Will I would have to pay for it. After the price was dropped significantly on the surrounding new homes he would not consider a price reduction. He was condescending when he asked me if I ever purchased a home before and I told him this was my third home.

Ursa has been amazing through the entire home buying process! As a first time homebuyer I had many "silly questions" and Ursa was always so helpful with the details of the process. She is very direct and honest when buying a home which I loved she would tell me what houses were good to look at and which needed a lot of work some things I would not be able to catch on my own. I highly recommend to anyone in the Denver area. I will be using Ursa in the next home purchase!

Will is by far the best realtor I have worked with. I talked to so many people this time around when selling my home in Castle Rock and he immediately impressed me. He/ his team went above and beyond. I didn't have to do anything, but make sure my home was show ready. We had an open house over the weekend and accepted an offer over asking price that Monday. I wish I could have used him to find my new home, but unfortunately I am moving out of state. Will and his team took the majority of my stress away because I only had to focus on finding on my new home while they did the rest. Thank you all for your hard work and making my first time selling so easy, with the best out come!
