I came to see Thana for a running specific injury, as I have flat feet and was experiencing shin pain in both legs. After the treatment, I felt much better and more comfortable. Thana was helpful and professional throughout the session. Highly recommend Thana to anyone looking for a good physiotherapist. Good job thana!

Excellent Service from Start to Finish – Highly Recommended! We booked lymphatic drainage treatments for four people on Sunday, 25 October 2026, while visiting Kuala Lumpur for a few days, and our experience with Kinesio Rehab was excellent from start to finish.I made the booking via WhatsApp, which was incredibly convenient. We specifically needed a team who could accommodate us on a Sunday and come to our hotel, the Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur, and they made it happen. The team was incredibly responsive, replied to messages promptly, communicated clearly, and made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free. The pricing was also clear from the outset, which we really appreciated.Adrian came to treat us, and he was absolutely excellent. He arrived on time and was both professional and personable. It was clear that he knew what he was doing. He explained the treatment and what he would be doing beforehand, always sought consent, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the sessions. What particularly stood out to me was the care he took to protect our dignity and privacy. He was very considerate about keeping us appropriately covered throughout the treatment, which was especially appreciated by me, my sister and my niece. He was respectful and professional in his conversations, making the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. We also had massages taking place at the same time, and when one of them ran over, Adrian waited patiently without making us feel rushed. That level of patience and consideration really made a difference.Overall, Adrian was not only knowledgeable and professional but also a genuinely lovely person who made the experience enjoyable. The combination of excellent communication from the Kinesio Rehab team and the quality of Adrian’s service made this a fantastic experience for all four of us.We would absolutely use Kinesio Rehab again when we next visit Malaysia and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for professional, convenient and respectful lymphatic drainage treatment. Thank you, Adrian, and the entire team!

I came to Kinesio through an acquaintance's recommendation and was serviced by Ms Thana.Where I Think the Session Went Well:- Ms Thana took me through several exercises and stretches that I could perform at home in between physio sessions and made me realize things about my posture I had not known all this time (e.g., apparently I'm not yet strong enough to properly perform a push-up on my toes on the ground yet, despite the fact that I've been doing it this way all this while. And I actually need to start building from incline push-ups first.).Where I think the Session Could be Better:- I wish Ms Thana had slowed down a bit—especially given its our very first time meeting each other—and taken the time to really listen to my condition before giving me several potential diagnoses, which would not really help me, as a patient, who doesn't understand what's going on with my body to begin with. I would have felt more comfortable and confident in my treatment if there had been a more systematic way of diagnosing me, explaining the thought process and what you're considering and ruling out as you figure out my specific issue.

I have been experiencing tennis elbow for the past three months from playing pickleball. It has felt like quite a long time for me, especially because the pain has affected my performance and caused my game to decline.Throughout these three months, I have tried three different physiotherapy centres. I am now on my third session here, and I can already feel a positive improvement in my arm.I plan to continue my sessions with Kinesio until I have fully recovered. Mr. Raj has been very responsive and helpful in arranging my appointments with Mr. Ammar, my therapist, who has been taking care of my treatment. So far, I am very happy with the progress and service I have received. Hopefully, I will be able to get back to my best performance soon!

My arm was in pain and it was first time I decided to physio instead of getting a massage. And I'm glad I did. Physio Thana helped me a lot with the the pain and figuring out where the pain is originated from. The exercises recommended for me to do at home was easy to do as well. I went to 5 sessions and I felt waaay better. The pain is barely there now but I'm continuing with the exercises at home because my shoulder has become stiff now. I'm positive it will get better soon 😊

I fractured the 5th metatarsal in my right foot two months ago, and after my cast was removed, my doctor advised me to undergo six sessions of physiotherapy.I came across Kinesio Physiotherapy Centre, which was conveniently located near my home. I was fortunate to have Raj as my physiotherapist. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and excellent at what he does. He patiently guided me through the exercises and recovery process, and I felt confident and comfortable throughout my sessions.I am very satisfied with the service provided by Raj and would highly recommend Kinesio Physiotherapy Centre to anyone looking for professional and effective physiotherapy care.

Excellent physiotherapy service. I had chronic shoulder pain (myofacsia trigger point) for years, and lead physiotherapist Raj's personalised approach made a significant difference. He took the time to understand my condition and adapted the treatment based on my progress, and also gave recommendations on exercises that could strengthen my shoulder and back. I'm now experiencing much less pain and improved mobility. Highly recommended. In addition, had arranged home physiotherapy service for my elderly father. Therapist Ammar was professional, patient, and caring, and tailored the session to my Dad's needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality home physiotherapy care.
