Robert and Omar were excellent to work with. They actually recommended we DON'T hire them to replace our sewer clean out pipe (from the house to the street). They came out and scoped the line for free. The inspection we had done when we bought the house led us to believe this was absolutely necessary, but RMZ gave us a different, honest, and informed opinion (they showed us the video evidence). We will definitely keep RMZ in mind for our future plumbing needs and recommend them to others!
