RMZ manager, Roberto, kept me informed from the presentation of his initial estimate through the completion of the work, and the certification of the gas and electric inspections. Original price was competitive, a detailed statement of work was by presented, and Roberto was generous with his time as I asked several clarifying questions.RMZ employees were pleasant, and they took care to keep the rest of the house protected with drop clothes and plastic while working. Roberto provided frequent updates, and he was always available to discuss any questions that arose during the conversion job.Some unplanned work was necessary because of interference with the planned construction by an existing structure between the first and second floors that wasn’t apparent in either the original house blueprints nor the construction photos provided by me. Additional charges were described in detail and reasonable.Without reservation I feel very comfortable to recommend RMZ to do similar work for other customers. I’m very happy with the HVAC conversion they did for me.
