The course was amazing really opened my eyes to breathwork and the science behind it. I did find the course hard with having no science background, but absolutely loved every miniute of it. I have learnt so much about mysel, grown as a person and gained a much better understanding of myself, breathwork and the science behind it.It is the hardest thing i have ever done but also one of the best things, what a challange. I wil definaltly be putting the 3R's into my practice. 100 percent recommend the course.Will also be looking at the breath practitioner certification moving into next year, just having a little break for now.

I’ve just completed the Breath Resilience Cohort, where Martin taught us his 3Rs Framework.I genuinely cannot recommend this course highly enough to any healthcare professional.I truly believe this is so much more than a breathwork course. I’ve completed countless breathwork programmes over the years, but none have provided an evidence-informed, structured framework that helps you understand and support individuals based on the physiological, psychological, and behavioural ways they experience the world.This isn’t just another technique to add to your toolbox. In my opinion, it is the toolbox. It provides a clear framework for guiding people through care, while allowing everything you already know or continue to learn to fit seamlessly within it.If you work with people and want a practical, evidence-informed system for improving health, performance, and wellbeing, I can’t recommend it enough.

Martin has set the new gold standard for breathwork education and training. I’ve been in the breathwork space for many years and have always held Martin in high regard. However, after completing his mentorship and the School of Breath Science training program, my respect for him and his methodology has grown significantly. I was told about Martins work while on another training. The information he was sharing online really resonated with me. Even after taking many breathing information courses, I found myself as a breathing coach giving the same prescriptions, being bored and wondering am I missing something, clients got better and then reverted. Martins course is jam packed with information, tools, resources, meet ups and recordings. I found myself hungry to learn the material and finding the answers to some of my curiosity. I started applying the material immediately with clients and in my classes and my clients felt it more than ever before. I recognised burnout in myself and started saying no more, and resting often. This course was intense but addictive, and also life changing and liberating too. Im more confident, even more curious and excited about taking a new client on and speaking on these subjects, so many courses miss the uniqueness of the individual, the vulnerability of a soul travelling this world, I wish I had more time while doing the course to do more recordings and dig deeper but I'm confident now I'm moving to fully self employed that I can drop into the community when I want. So many questions from a health perspective were answered for me personally, and I took home so many ahas that life may never be the same. I'm excited, a little nervous of the future but I'm armed with a huge toolbox, a community, lived and learned experience and clients now making lasting change.
