Andy was awesome! I asked for a last minute inspection the last day my contract allowed which I was told would be impossible by my realtor. But Andy fit me in his tight schedule and showed up before the scheduled time. He performed a thorough inspection and was so detailed finding things that I never would of have thought of. Andy used an Ipad which made going over things very quick and organized and clear. At the end of the inspection he was so detailed in his explanations of each item found to be faulty or to be aware of. He really has a natural gift of explaining things that anyone can really understand and very easy to talk to. I knew right away he had years of experience behind everything he was explaining as he had many examples of past experiences backing up reasons of concern or why something was is important to consider. with this being my first home purchase the experience with Andy really made me feel comfortable and most important confident down to the details about my home purchase and my decision.
