I don’t even know where to start with this, because this program has honestly changed so much more than just my body and I couldnt thank David Dear enough.When I first started, I had goals like anyone else—lose weight, get stronger, feel better. But what I didn’t expect was how much I would grow mentally through this process. There were days I felt strong and confident, and there were days I felt defeated and questioned myself. But through all of it, my coach never let me stay in that place.One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that results don’t happen overnight. It’s in the consistency. It’s in showing up even when you don’t feel like it. It’s in trusting the process, even when progress feels slow.This program isn’t just about workouts or macros. It’s about discipline. It’s about learning yourself.
