Extremely disappointed!! My ring was taken in by a family member because of a “loose stone” I had never noticed it was loose until i got it back from this jewelry store. The stone was gone before I got home. I don’t want them to fix as it is an extremely expensive ring and my trust is gone.

I’ve been a customer of Jeffrey’s Jewelry for more years than I can remember. It is the only place I would have my jewelry repaired. Over the years my husband and I have bought many items that we treasure. The staff are wonderful and there is one special one we have loved working with.
