Please be careful with this business. They are extremely money hungry, and implement unlawful terms into their conditions. If you point it out to them they will start having a toddler tantrum online about you. I found Jade to be extremely unprofessional -and really- just a sad bored woman who really needs to find something better to do with her time. I won a FREE runner up prize for a photography session. I then had some unrelated issues come about and realised I would not be able to attend the session, and so I informed Jade (with a few weeks notice- not last minute by any means). I was then in return invoiced a fee for cancellation and told that it was apart of their policy that I apparently signed. Even though I had never signed a contract agreeing to any such terms or conditions, something I pointed out to Jade which she ignored when having her rant on social media. Legally, she has no leg to stand on in that regard. Secondly, Under the Australian Consumer Law, a cancellation fee can only be applied to cover the wasted costs that a business is unable to recover as a result of the cancellation. I pointed this out to jade, explaining that my session was free. She was going to get $0 from me from the session regardless and so she has no wasted costs at all. Legally, I do not have to pay a fee for cancellation. Regardless, I gave her plenty of notice, and if she were actually smart she would have taken this as a positive and booked a paying customer in that time slot. Considering she has weeks to do so. Instead, she’s chosen to go about and have a rant about me refusing to pay an illegal fee to social media. Showing just how professional she is. .Your buisness may have its policies, but your policies still need to abide by the Australian consumer laws. .You may have a laugh because you think the fee is not a lot of money, but it is the principle of not paying a money hungry entitled and sad person. .You can post all the stories you want about me to your social media, but maybe next time make sure your customer has signed their contract so you actually have a leg to stand on .regardless, I’ve had a great time watching how easily upset and ‘so angry that you’re shaking’ over a free session being cancelled, please continue to post more stories for the entertainment 🩷🩷 Less

We love the outdoors and being among nature. I never imagined we'd have a studio shoot and definitely not one that run so smoothly. But I was wanting something a little more different for a motherhood session so I booked something out of my comfort zone. From the booking right through to the delivery of the photos Jade and Megan were soooo efficient. I arrived in Lyndoch a little stressed as the navigation in the car took me down some dead end roads and I had no idea where I was going. I was convinced this was how the rest of our day would go. Even with the wrong turns I somehow Arrived early to our session. Walking into the studio is like a breath of fresh air. The studio is soooo aesthetically pleasing also much larger then I envisioned! I started getting the kids dressed. Whilst I dressed Ochre; Archer went of with Megan to get started on our session! Is this really happening? Did he just go off with someone he'd never met to get some photos! Yep, he sure did!!! The Session was so fun and flowed soooo smoothly. Both the kids were drawn to Megan and happily smiled away for her the whole time! Megan has this Aura about her! From the minute you meet her you'll feel like you've known her a lifetime. We received a very warm welcoming and I think that's what helped set the kids up for such a natural photo shoot! It wasn't long after we got home that we already received some sneak previews! Within a week, We had our full gallery and I cannot stop looking through. We ordered a timber print and I'm soooo excited to display it in our home when it arrives along with some of the other photos from the shoot!! 10/10 recommend a studio shoot with Fable and Fig. I think they are my new favourite style!
