Great course! Very useful and interesting talking points on prehab, early management, rehab goals and exit criteria for each stage of rehab, introduction to plyometrics, periodisation and more! We practised early plyometrics and progressed further with the addition of COD and agility. All evidence based from up to date research! We learned and practised using equipment including force plates, NMES, BFR.One thing I feel could have been touched on more in depth is sports specific rehab for differing sports - we spoke about this a little but didn’t practice much on it. Eg considerations for sports with unique physical demands such as basketball, skiing, gymnastics, American football, lacrosse etc. (We mainly touched on rugby and football in our practical)
