San Miguel Painting is the best!! They recently scraped the popcorn ceilings in a large bedroom plus a hallway. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience; professionalism, excellent crews, courteous, conscientious, cleanup, etc! And the communication was top notch! They started early every day which was a huge plus for me. I will be reaching out to them in the future for the next phase of work.

The team at San Miguel is really a class act in today's contracting world. We have engaged painters in the past and been relatively happy with the results, but this team goes a step above and beyond the competition. 1) They arrive timely at every visit, before, during and after completion. 2) They have an online, smooth quote process. It has enough detail to be sure all your items have been covered, a small and reasonable amount of legal terms, and an easy payment system. When the latter didn't work for our situation, they made a small adjustment to make it work. 3) They hit the job hard up front with a bigger crew to be sure they hit the final deadline. They have a smaller more specialized crew for the detail work - and are they GOOD and personable! The others who augment up front are fast and specialized. 4) They cover the area exceptionally well, and keep it swept up daily. We stayed on site in other rooms, but did pass through the area frequently during the day. While not ideal (for us or their team) it was possible due to their high standards. They humored our presence better than other crews might have. 5) The technical skill with repair and texture was exceptional; their crew seems to have stayed together for some time, and acts like family. 6) At completion, they didn't rush to request the payment; they let us sit with the result a few days in case we found items for the punch list. When they arrived, they repaired small issues right then. They did not put another date on the schedule or procrastinate any issue. Any minor items we brought to their attention did not take away from the SUPER JOB and hard work that was done at our home.Overall we are very impressed and would like to have the team back again for another area. You will not find a more detailed, accommodating, or kinder group of people (who can also paint). Way to go, team!
