What really impressed me was that they didn’t just replace the roof they also found and corrected several issues from the previous installation that had not been done properly. Unlike other contractors who just tried to upsell us without looking, Jamie actually got on a ladder to diagnose the real problem. James Holly and his team were amazing and extremely professional. James was quick to respond and promptly provided a reasonable estimate. He easily laid out all the available options to consider and didn’t just try to sell the most expensive option. He is a great communicator and keeps you informed throughout the entire process. James was a true professional that made you feel comfortable and not pressured. His team did a great job repairing/replacing my roof deck membrane and took care of a few other items that James noted with other parts of my roof without an increase to his original estimate. I would highly recommend James and his team and would have them address future repairs.
