We hired this company expecting professional expertise to handle our exterior windows and some mild hard water buildup. The technician arrived to give a quote, but his assessment completely contradicted what had been discussed over the phone regarding the hard water. He immediately began working while we were still confusedly conferring with each other about the expectations that had originally been set.Out of the 11 windows we expected to be serviced, 7 were skipped entirely. The technician claimed the hard water was "too difficult" to clean. However, after he left, we easily wiped the "hard water" away ourselves with a rag, vinegar, and a soft brush—no specialized tools or razor blades required. It was mostly just standard dirt.On the few windows that were touched, the quality of work was unacceptable. Easily removable screens were left on, window seals remained caked in dirt, and a visible stream of animal urine was left untouched on the sliding glass door. The only evidence of service was water splashes on the glass.The technician attempted to charge $150 for 20 minutes of rushed, incomplete work. Because the job was left unfinished and poorly done, we compensated him $40 strictly for his time and gas. We hired a professional to save time, but ended up doing the labor ourselves anyway.
