I was referred to 365 through one of my sons nurses. I have a special needs son and and have been struggling to get any assistance. I didn't even know my child was eligible for home care services. Brandon was very knowledgable of the process of getting approved with the GAPP program. He took his time and explained everything and within a few weeks, I was approved and now I have support that I need.

My brother is receiving services from 365. Jay is his case manager. Jay has acted very professional and communicative. We had difficulty finding an aide at first; but the agency persevered and now my brother has a permanent full-time aide. This is a difficult field to work in for the client, caregiver and agency. After using many different agencies to fulfill my brother's needs, I feel very confident and content with this agency. It's been over a month working with this agency and so far, I'm not disappointed. I will follow up with another review after working with them for a longer period of time.

I’m a nurse whom started working for this company in February 2023. I’ve been nursing for over 7 years now and I must say this company has been one of the easiest to work for! I have not ran into any drama, lack of communication or help, delays or wrongful pay outs. The pay is very well and having it on time with no mistakes most certainly is a plus in my book! They have made working with/for them a breeze and while at it I must give a shout out to Brandon Houston with 356 Healthcare for he has been AMAZING working with! His response time to ANY of my needs, big or small, are always quickly and without aggravation. If you’re a nurse looking for the right company, I would highly recommend giving 356 healthcare a chance!

This is a great company it only took a month for my daughter to get approved completely for this program through Medicaid I’m so grateful for this because it’s been hard finding a job and this job is what I already do which is take care of my kids. Brandon is definitely a great person to work with through this process I recommend this program to anyone that needs that little bit of extra help for their special needs child.

I was searching on the internet and found this company after going through nurses I just figured this was the best step to take for Khemani whom is my daughter , this company has been awesome to me they have communicated with me through the whole process this is an great company I couldn’t ask for a better blessing to come into my life like this and I must say 365 healthcare is the best! thanks Brandon for all that you do .
