As I write this I can't remember the last time I actually received outstanding service from anyone. What I'm use to is sub-standard work, not showing up or not completing the job as agreed upon, and of course trying to pad the bill over the quoted amount. Thankfully this changed when I walked through the door of PAS in Langford and met Gareth. I stopped by on a Sunday just to see where they were located not expecting to see anyone but Gareth welcomed me in and gave me a full introduction of what they do and the services they offer. He answered all my questions and provided detailed information on the products they use, warranties, and basically everything. After inspecting my car he gave me a quote for PPF and window tint and later that day I called to book with them. The whole process was seamless, on drop off he confirmed all the details with me to ensure we were on the same page, updated me throughout, and gave me a time for pick up. On pick up I couldn't believe the attention to detail, it looked better than when I picked it up from the dealership. They had me inspect everything to ensure I was 100 percent satisfied and honestly I was blown away with the quality of their work. I have to mention one other thing where they went way above and beyond. When I dropped off the car I mentioned to Gareth that I got a tiny rock chip on my way home from the dealership in Vancouver. Unknown to me they actually went down to Lordco and bought some touch up paint to ensure the hood was perfect before they applied the PPF, and they didn't even charge me extra which I would have been happy to pay. The final bill was as exactly as quoted. These guys are exceptional!! I guarantee you will be walking out with a smile on your face. Less
