I’m sitting here at 8:11am with a no show.If I am considering hiring a professional company to replace my roof and they drop the ball with no phone calls or communication I definitely would not hire Skye Exteriors.

Working with Skye Exteriors was better than I could have imagined! They made a new roof happen for me and it is glorious! The pricing, financing and construction details were gone over with me and it worked out terrifically! The crew was great to work with, despite having alot of work with my roof being in a despicable condition. They let me know about various problems and their repairs (fashia, flashing, rafters, etc.) and their follow through was absolutely excellent! Improvements in the flashing is tip-top! The roof I got from Skye was far, far better than the roof that had been on their in the first place! I highly recommend Sky Exteriors!

Peter was punctual and courteous. This was my second company I called for a roof replacement. The first quoted me $31,000! I spoke with my daughter and she used Skye Exteriors a few years ago and was happy with their work and pricing. When Peter came out. He concluded that the other company was scamming me. I don't need it replaced for about 2 to 3 years and it would be so much less expensive .When it's time, I will be calling Peter!

From the first meeting with Pete, when he did our estimate, I knew he was different from the rest. He walked our roof, spent over half an hour looking things over, and created a fair and reasonable quote for replacing our roof and our gutters. He was prompt in his replies and his crew was curious and punctual. They showed us a few spots that needed our attention and gave us the option to repair it and told us the cost to do so up front. Clean up was perfect you can barely tell that they were there they left my home and it's surroundings as clean as it was before they started. The pricing was fantastic they came in under several other contractors I had do estimates. If you want someone who really cares and actually wants to help you and not price gouge you or overcharge you, then Skye Exteriors is the one for you they really pulled through on this for me and I appreciate it. When the estimate was in progress, I had 2 request, 1, I wanted a new skylite for the common bathroom, and 2, install a solar tube light in place of the skylite in the master bathroom.Both were accomplished during the roof replacement. The crew were experienced and came with all the safety gear needed.In 2 days the roof was completed and all trash and nails were picked up. I didnt even find one later on, even after mowing the lawn! Pete knows the Enumclaw area and all the rules/regs that come with it.I recommend him and hope to do business with him soon for my front windows.

We had the pleasure of working with Pete and Nolan for a BIG job. Replaced roof, all siding with design changes, and painting it all. They were easy to communicate with, honest, and such a big help with input. When we were initially looking around for roof quotes Skye quoted us the same materials/work 5000 better than other "big companies". Any hiccups in the plan were addressed and they weren't happy until everything was perfect.

In July Pete came to my house to give me an estimate on my roof. Repairs needed to be done. He gave me a fair price . His crew was able to start three weeks later and were done in two days. At one point, more rotten boards were discovered resulting in the need for more plywood. I was informed in a timely manner so there were no surprises. Pete is a lovely guy and easy to talk to and work with. He addressed all of my concerns and kept in contact with me. I met his partner, Nolan. He got up on my roof and took some pictures so I could actually see more of the new roof. Both of these guys are professional and super nice. I am pleased with the the new roof.
