I mailed in my boat registration application in 2023 and never received my registration back from the DMV (although they cashed my check lol). This business is a registered partner of the DMV. I dropped off my paperwork from 3 years ago…they were able to get proof of registration back to me within 2 days! If you dread the DMV like I do might be a good option to save time and headache!!!

This place is a total scam. I went to get an out-of-state title transfer. They took 3 hours to get it done despite it being a simple procedure. They had to go back and forth and didn't seem familiar with their business procedures at all.A few weeks later, the title got mistakenly shipped to my car dealership, which is because they mistakenly put my dealership as a lien holder on my title registration. So I had to go back to correct the mistake they made.This time, they blame it on me for telling them to put lien holder on the title application, which is ridiculous because it's my first time buying a car and at the time I didn't even know what a lien holder is! In addition, they charged me an additional 70 dollars to fix the error they made themselves.Overall very terrible experiences.There are plenty of alternative places in the area and I would recommend avoiding this place at all cost.
