When water started pouring out of my recessed lights in my LRm in late February, I had no idea what was happening. I ran to my neighbor's house and he came to turn off the main water valve. I had ceiling sprinklers and the pipe in the attic that supplied the water cracked during the freeze flooding my house. A friend found Express Restoration on Google who advertised 24/7 which is exactly what we needed because it was already 6:00 PM! They arrived within 45 min with very large drying fans and some that pulled the water out of the area rugs all over the house. Bob and his "Kids" as he called the young men who worked with him were so friendly and reassuring and said they would do everything they could to get things back to normal as quickly as possible. He called his contractor, Walter, who came right away. He also reassured me they were there to work for me. They worked with my insurance agent very well. Although I had to move out for a few weeks because they packed up everything and stored it in their warehouse, I was comfortable in a hotel suite 5 min. away so I was able to check on the progress of the repairs every day. Bob's packers and mover were so delightful! I still find myself laughing as I recall the time they spent with me in my home. They were very precise in labeling and packing the many boxes having taken pictures before they packed the items.
