We took our lawnmower there because of a recall. After a few days we received a call from the place saying that something else was broken and it would be X dollars. Dropped a power washer off on a Monday, they said call back tomorrow to find out when to pick it up. Only needed a gas hose. I called almost everyday till Saturday, when they still couldn't answer me on the status of the machine. When I did stop by on Saturday, it took them a very long time to find, and they said they performed a maintenance on it. I said I didnt want that. Then they said they... More

Then they said they rebuilt the carburetor ( I checked, it's still the old one). They charged me for all the work they did without my consent. I would have upgraded my machine if I knew it would cost so much to "fix" it. Also, couldn't even put new fuel line through the guide, left it flopping on the outside. Be warned Less
