Great Doctor!!! Also was able too return too work in 2 weeks with light duty. I have had no issue with my surgery before and after. I DONT HAVE ANY Regrets with him doing my surgery. Update :Till the best choice I made for my self 2024!!

I initially met Dr. Yu in 2016 after a friend of mine had her surgery with him. I had failed weight loss attempts for many years and Dr. Yu was very knowledgeable about the why’s behind it. I had the sleeve gastrectomy on 7/26/2016 and lost a lot of weight! Unfortunately I developed reflux and some unhealthy eating habits during COVID. I talked to Dr. Yu and he recommended a revision. He assured me that no matter what I did with regard to changing my eating habits the reflux would continue. I was made aware of this possible side effect from the sleeve when I had it. I had my revision on 7/10/23 and Dr. Yu has been wonderful. I have had a lot of questions and he has answered everyone of them without frustration. I highly recommend the TLC practice as a whole. They also have a wonderful nutritionist that has educated me as well.

I am two weeks out from my surgery date and I just wanted to express how amazing this process has been so far. Dr. Mehta is wonderful. From the first moment I met him he was very informative. He had a great bedside manner, he was kind, passionate, knowledgeable and very helpful. I’ve had a consultation with another doctor from a well known practice and I did not feel comfortable at all. I’m glad I chose TLC surgery and Dr Mehta. I have confidence in him and his abilities. The staff is amazing and I’m very excited to have my life change for the better. I’ll be back with my post surgery update.
