Pros:The polished client-facing deck looks great from the outside. Cons:This company is run like a public relations firm pretending to manage an operational business. Leadership is hyper fixated on vanity metrics and shiny client presentations. Focused in protecting executive image while actual operational fires burn unchecked. Instead of solving real issues, management burns endless energy policing staff feedback and micromanaging minor details to keep people quiet. You are an afterthought to their numbers game. If you expect operational logic or basic support, look elsewhere.

Pros:There are people that still contribute their knowledge for the company. Cons:I was trapped in a high stress, continuous phone queue where every second of my day was tracked, logged and scrutinized. It required me to hold specialized knowledge and maintain meticulous accuracy, but paid entry level wages. Antiquated systems and stiff call timers forced me to rush through sensitive and complex cases without any help from supervisors.

Pros:Good health coverage is about the only tangible perk. Cons:A hollow, PR-obsessed shell of a company that treats its staff like disposable garbage while executive leadership plays pretend for outside investors.

Pros:There are helpful and hardworking people. Cons:Working here was an absolute mental drain, feeling exhausted and stressed out. Management has no strategic vision. They just make knee-jerk decisions and give vague instructions, leaving staff to blindly figure things out. Leadership actively avoided accountability.

Pros:Chances to develop resilience and strengthen your ability to juggle priorities. Cons:Management-initiated morale campaigns often felt superficial when measured against the more substantive grievances employees consistently expressed regarding compensation, workload distribution, and staffing deficiencies. I never felt secure in my job, even after years here. People get let go unexpectedly, same goes with the benefits the moment you're out the door. HR protects only its management.

Pros:Flexible work arrangements, including work from home. Cons:Base salary sits well below clinical standards for specialized RNs. Patient education is rushed because supervisors prioritize call wrap timers over thorough care. Constant staff exit leads to uneven and heavy workloads. Leadership ignores feedback regarding nurse burnout and workload distribution.

Pros:The company does carry a strong name. Cons:Working here often felt like a constant exercise in frustration. Departments regularly overpromised and misrepresented what they could actually deliver, and the workload reflected that imbalance. A company built around fertility and family didn't seem to extend much of that same care to its own staff's worklife balance, it felt disorganized. I'd get micromanaged over small, trivial things.

Pros:There is an energy in the building that feels different from before. The changes underway feel less like disruption and more like progress, and that is inspiring in a way that is hard to manufacture artificially. It is the kind of environment where you can sense things moving in the right direction, both for the business itself and for the people who work here. The growth potential feels real and tangible, not just something written into a mission statement, and that is reflected in the caliber of people the company is attracting and the opportunities starting to open up for those already on the inside. Cons:Different phases and stages are just normal, even in a workplace.

Pros:The core mission of the company gives you a genuine sense of purpose every day. Helping members navigate their fertility journeys and family building plans is rewarding. There is a strong culture of teamwork where peers actively step up to help manage heavy caseloads. The work from home flexibility is stable and structured, providing excellent freedom over your home environment. Cons:The environment operates to a high volume call center with strict operational tracking metrics. It can get overwhelming during peak hours if you aren't used to keeping up with rapid phone queues. Advice to Management:Keep investing in updating and integrating internal data tracking systems to reduce manual workflows for the clinical teams.

Pros:Mostly good and knowledgeable people that work hard and try to meaningfully contribute to the success of the company. Cons:Fear and lies rule the day which in addition to the expectation to always be available for work has almost everyone burnt out. Positive reviews are posted by the leadership to cover up and mask real issues and only one person makes any real decisions. Employees are yelled at and berated in front of others often within a depressive workplace environment. Advice to Management:An empowered COO might help make things better.
