I left them a email about my problem and they called me like 4-5 times when I wasn't available then when I finally called them they immediately sounded like "what do you want?" Put me on hold just for someone to pick up and say we don't deal with that? Both receivers picked up sounding aggitated and I didn't even speak yet.

After tripping and breaking several fingers in 2018, I knew that I was going to need representation. I did my research before selecting an attorney, and I was not disappointed with my choice. Then, he met with me in his office and explained things in great detail, answered all of my questions, and gave me feedback about my potential case. Shortly after I signed, I received paperwork, which I promptly filled out. Anytime I had a question, Ram was there to answer it. We found Ram though a recommendation from a friend when we needed help with an auto accident which involved our mom. Ram took the time to answer all of our questions and educate us on the process.
