Grants installed a hard wired GPS tracker and a Dashcam into my car about 18 months ago, when I recently had to upgrade the GPS tracker from 3G to 4G I went back to them to arrange the installation of my new unit and they quickly changed it over on the spot and didn’t charge me. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and great customer service.

The staff at Grants are super helpful with any car audio questions and issues. Got a good cheap pair of speakers for my old car, and they work a treat. Also, Grants' insight and help during the automotive electrical DIY installation of my speakers was super helpful. Now, my project car is one step further upgraded, and the sound system is in the modern era.

5th vehicle I've had done (in this case a second time) by Grant , Lana and the team. All working great, and added bonus of meeting the Alpine Rep Mark who was onsite and was all too happy to jump in the car and help with some advanced tuning questions around parametric EQ's down to invidual channels, time/sync corrections and so forth. Let's be real, everyone just wants to play with stereo's and make subs rattle.

Took my xr8 in to get a few things done the level of quality is 2nd to non had a few teething issues but was fixed the next day what i got is clear (no where loud enough like i wanted haha) but its good enough with very good customer service

Fantastic customer service! Phoned mid arvo to ask if they stocked a certain Alpine part, was told by the lovely lady that they stock it and to head in to grab it. On arrival the part was ready and waiting, plus Brayden was only too willing to give me a quick rundown on what was involved for my DIY install.
