Definitely the best team that I have worked with in my process of getting my first home. Both Lance and April were very attentive and made a hectic process flow as smooth as butter. What I love about them is how not only did they lay out a plan for me but they are open minded to see my side in the process and ensured me that everything will be alright. Not only that, they take it a step further to make sure that you are taken care of with the right loan program that fits your needs and wants. As I was recommended and pushed to the standard FHA and CONVENTIONAL loan program from other lenders. Lance was able to get me into USDA that was different from those other guys who definitely was not on the look out for me. Ultimately, the best people to work with.

Lance and his team were such a pleasure to work with. Excellent communication, he reached out numerous times to make sure the process was ok from my side, made sure I was comfortable and understood the financing and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I never felt confused or concerned with any of the processes. I highly recommend his team and appreciate their diligence to make sure we closed on time.
