Desiree was fantastic! On top of all the other comments in the reviews here that i fully agree with, in my case, she truely shined in a very challenging situation with a less-than-cooperative urban planning director in my known-to-be difficult municipality. My land for sale, while gorgeous and rare, was almost impossible to sell until the issue with the municipality was resolved. She was VERY instrumental in achieving the solution with them, and this involved MANY interactions by email, phone, and personal visits, which I suspect no other agent would even attempt. Highly recommend whether your situation is easy/simple or very challenging like mine. Thanks again Desiree!
