Whaile, Bilal and Archy were very efficient, friendly and polite, they worked well as a team. They came to attend to a flood behind my washing machine. This meant pulling up the lino in the kitchen, cutting away the damp wooden floor and taking away a wall partially behind in the living room. They tidied up after themselves and took away all the rubbish. They left me with three industrial drying machines. They will be coming back to check the dryness

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Terrible service. Technicians were late, rude and uncommunicative. Claims handlers were ill informed, dishonest and incompetent. Service was lengthy and unclear throughout and generally incomplete. I sincerely hope you don’t not have to use this company.1. Clearly you didnt review you calls or emails where no one knew what was going on, where my clothes were or how long they would be. Or when I caught you claims handler in a bald faced lie. I'm glad YOUR 'investigation' found that you employees were not rude.2. I did not say this.3. You are the one that records the calls and email not me. And you said you were perfectly happy with the service your company provide so I ended our call.4. You technicians arrrived at 2pm for a 8am-12pm slot and I had to chase at 11am where I was assured they'd be with me by 12, and 12pm when they didnt arrive, I got a call at 12.30 saying they were in a N1 postcode (1.5 hours drive away). So they knew at 10.30 they wouln't make my time slot.Your invsestigation is embarrassing along with your serviceClearly this all preformative for the sake of a review.

Kader and Jared came to our flat after a water leak through the ceiling. I have never in my life that two workmen who were more considerate, respectful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the same position as us.
