Worst $40 I ever spent. Got one session to get a pre-tan before a vacation. Had to pay an extra $16 just for tanning lotion and these eye cover stickers (which they didn't offer in the first place..) and I'm still just as white as before. The lady I spoke to said I should only need one session but was clearly mistaken. They also only suggested a 4 min session. So that's $10/minute. What a rip off... More

They have a great selection of beds and an amazing spray tan booth. They even offer spa services for those looking to relax and have a spa day. Definitely worth checking out!!... More

I made an appointment today to go tanning as I have a month unlimited on my file. My tanning package was purchased last year as a gift and when purchased was told they indeed do not expire.Once I got to the salon today the staff member told me that my minutes have expired even though they were never activated. She then called the owner Marissa and asked if there was anything she could do she refused and said they're expired nothing we can do for you. I was obviously upset. This wasn't the first incident I've had at this salon.I left the shop in tears wondering how I've spent $300 there on minutes and lotion and not even able to use a bed.(I had also bought a $200 bottle of lotion (last year) based off what staff member said she completely sold me on it. I later realized it was way too dark ( didn't use it just put a dab on my finger). A few days later I went back to the store and the same lady who sold it to me said she wouldn't exchange it. I was stuck with it. That interaction deterred me of going there up until today.)It was only once I said I'd be leaving a google review did I hear from the manager to "make things right".The staff member then called me about 10 minutes after leaving and apologized (calling me the wrong name). Apparently she spoke with Marissa again and she would now like to honor the package. I let her know I was not interested in supporting a business that treat customers that way.Marissa who apologized for her "new hires" mistake at reading the computer (she's been there since last year), so she definitely not new. She also blamed it on having to work full time?I personally don't think it's professional to play the blame game on your staff. Marissa stated that she would now like to honor my package.I informed her I was no longer interested in any services that they provide or supporting this salon.Anyways I hope this is helpful for future customers.
