I write this review with the most appreciation and respect for what Ryan Epa has helped me go through. Recently I had my superannuation transferred to a self managed super fund, and dealing with the ATO has been an absolute nightmare. It was filled with delays and checks, as somehow I have been singled out to be audited. Ryan worked hard in the background to help me organise the documents, deal with the accountants, lawyers and answer any questions that I had. The most important part, he was there to provide reassurance in a very stressful situation, which made the process much easier to handle. He also helped me to set up bank accounts and settle the property I have recently purchased. From start to finish it has been a pleasure to have Ryan as my broker.Ryan really treats you like family, he is honest, hardworking and has your best interest at heart. Ryan is the BEST, he helped me navigate my first purchase and made sure I fully understood everything, he also very kindly helped me out when dealing other service providers that were no where near as efficient and helpful as him.
