As a parent of multiple athletes the worry of an injury always looms. When my daughter had ACL replacement surgery, as a freshman, she was assigned Jaime as her physical therapist. Jaime insisted that my daughter work solely with her and not get lost in the shuffle of revolving therapists. With the individual attention and dedication my daughter was back playing soccer at the highest level stronger and faster than ever. Two years post surgery, Jaime had started Inside Track and my daughter, a junior now, would need ACL replacement on the other knee. The is John Maesaka. I am a radiologist, so I have knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Over the years, I have been to many physical therapists as I have a bad back (several herniated disks, arthitis of my facet joints, and spinal stenosis). The two physical therapists at Inside Track are second to none. They have great knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and treatment options. Unlike almost every physical therapist I have been to (my wife has also been to several) or my wife has been to, these two actually take good histories, tailor treatment to the individual, and at each appointment, start the appointment with a discussion of what the patient has done in the interval and how things are going. They then further tailor the treatment so it becomes more effective and efficient. They are not judgmental, always making sure the patient is relaxed and in a receptive mood. It is very apparent that they truly care about doing the best for their patients. They take it very seriously.
