Been using She Married the Mop for years! Can't say enough wonderful things. The owners and office staff are always communicative, and the cleaners are so detailed, love on my fur babies, and make me feel at peace knowing who's coming into my home. I have tried others before, but no one beats them! Anytime I have a concern the owners always address it right away. Don't skip this small family-owned business! :)

I’ve been using this cleaning service for 8 years, and I genuinely can’t imagine using anyone else.They are reliable, detail oriented, and always do an amazing job. My house feels fresh, spotless, and so well cared for after every visit.After all these years, they’ve earned my trust, and that’s not something I say lightly. If you’re looking for a cleaning service that truly cares about their work, I highly recommend them!

The owners were kind and responsive, and after I raised concerns and sent pictures of completely untouched areas, they came back and cleaned parts of the kitchen and laundry room. I appreciate that effort, but it doesn’t change the fact that I paid $1,000 for a move-out clean that was subpar at best.This was an empty house, which should have made the job more straightforward, yet I still found dirty baseboards, blinds, cabinet interiors, bathroom cabinets, and many other missed areas. I ultimately spent the entire next day cleaning the home myself.Customer service was appreciated, but the quality of the work simply did not justify the price.I want to clarify one statement made in the owner’s response. While the owners did return after I raised concerns and cleaned portions of the kitchen and laundry room, we did not do a walkthrough of the entire house, nor did I say everything was to my liking. It was late in the evening after a long day, and I simply wanted to get home. I acknowledged the areas they had addressed, but I didn’t inspect every room until the following day, when I found numerous items that still needed to be cleaned and ultimately spent the entire day finishing the job myself.My review reflects my experience and the condition of the home after I had the opportunity to thoroughly inspect it.
