They also stained out Pergola.We were so pleased with the service that they provided us, that we plan to hire them again this coming spring to pressure wash and stain our deck!

We had Precision Property Care come out and install Christmas lights for us this year, and they looked amazing. We just wanted something simple along the roofline on the front of our home and I couldn’t believe how much brighter our lights were than the neighbors!These guys were quick and efficient and they even came out in a days notice to replace a bulb that went out for free. 10/10 service and we will be using them again!

Gave these guys a chance. Was referred to Precision Property Care from a co worker and I am happy with the job they did. We had some old patio blocks and concrete that I thought we had to replace… surprised when they power washed everything it was almost as good as new. Saved a ton of time and money. Very pleased!

Cannot recommend Maverick and Precision Property Care enough. They put our Christmas Lights up this year on our two story house and it looked beautiful! And prevented the panic attacks from watching my husband on a ladder! Then once the holidays were over they removed them at our convenience!
