I had both the carpet and tile/grout cleaned. There were numerous stains from a puppy, ground in dirt from other large dogs, and the grout was quite brown instead of the usual cream color. I am writing this as a 5 star review, but really I want to give Bill a 10 STAR REVIEW!!! Bill quickly came out and gave an estimate to clean my very dirty Travertine flooring. His pricing is very reasonable, but after I saw the results and how exceptional my flooring turned out, I really feel like he undercharged me! My floors had not been cleaned professionally in 11 years, so Bill had quite the job in front of him. I have very porous, rough stone Travertine - it is not smooth Travertine. This flooring traps dirt and it becomes deeply embedded into the stone. Looking at the floors, you would never think they could come clean. Bill somehow managed to not only get the dirt out, but my floors look almost new again! He also filled holes in the flooring where the stone had chipped away - they look fabulous! He is fast, professional, knows what he's doing and just an all around awesome guy! I highly recommend Bill for his services. I purchased a home last year that had marble floors in the kitchen and entry ways. The kitchen was very dull and had some "etching" on it. I called around Sacramento and found it very difficult to find someone who actually polishes and diamond hones these types of floors. After numerous phone calls and tracking down a referral of a referral, I was provided Bill's number. He came out to provide an estimate within 2 days of my initial contact. and we scheduled the work later in the week. To my surprise he arrived alone and got right to work. I also had him polish my granite counter tops. He will "mask" off your cabinets and the edges of your carpet. Be aware that this is a tedious process and the floor receives a lot of water as he had to hone my floor down to 200-300 grit. He was there from 0900-530 He cleaned about 400 sq ft and polished about 250 sq ft. Even with the masking you can expect some splatter on your cabinets and a little dampness around the carpet edges. Things to be aware of: You will have to move all of your items out of your kitchen, fridge, table, and any other items on the floor. Your door will have to remain open most of the day as multiple hoses and a buffer are brought into your home. It will be fairly loud inside as he works, and you will not have access to the area that he is polishing so plan for that. This is not a quick half day job, take note of my sq ft and it will give you an idea how long it will take to do yours. Now that he polished the worst part of the marble, the rest of the floor that was not polished doesn't look nearly as good as I thought. I will be calling bill back to do the rest of the house. I would highly recommend bill, he is friendly, professional, and confident. I posted a before and after photo and the after photo doesn't do the floor justice. It truly looked brand new when he got done. It is noticeable where I had him start and stop. Good luck Less

We have fairly porous tiles in our kitchen that collected a lot of dust and grime from the previous owner, and Bill worked up a sweat getting out as much of the gunk as he could. Did a good job on the carpets. Helped me move a couple pieces of furniture too. Only thing I think could have been better is more time spent on extracting water out of carpet. Seemed a little more wet than it could have been. Good service over all. Less

They did a great job cleaning my carpets, but I was most impressed with the travertine work that was completed. He was able to clean and polish my kitchen tiles and grout lines. He even was able to fix the grout lines that an inexperienced tile cleaner ruined. Everything looks brand new. Very impressed. Less
