No transparency, no honesty.The house they built has major building defects — poor workmanship, obvious faults, and issues that should never pass basic standards. When you raise concerns, they dodge responsibility and make excuses instead of fixing the problems.Save yourself the stress, money, and headaches. Avoid at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

So far we’re happy with the quality of the house built by Transformer Homes. However, communication and updates throughout the process have been slower than expected, requiring frequent follow-ups. We are still addressing some maintenance issues with them. I plan to share a more detailed review of our experience with Transformer Homes on various platforms in the future.

This is the best home I have had build I would like to thank mark kay and arron. They always answed my calls if I had a question. They use good quality materials they make there homes look good compared to the big builders I would give them a 10 out of 10. They also pack a load of extras at a fixed price.
