He went so far above and beyond for me that I don’t think I could ever properly express how much it meant.My mortgage process was incredibly stressful, and there were a lot of moving parts and things that were overwhelming. But every single time I called with a question, a problem, or something I was worried about, his response was always, “No problem, I’ll take care of it.” And he did. Every time.That may sound like a small thing, but during a stressful and uncertain time, having someone who consistently made me feel like things were going to be okay, kept me going.He spent a lot of time on my file—far more than he probably ever should have—and he was always patient, positive, professional, and genuinely kind. He responded quickly, was always available, even after hours, and always managed to make me feel like my concerns mattered.I have worked with many professionals in my life, and I can honestly say I have never dealt with anyone who provided this level of care and support. I am genuinely grateful that I had him in my corner. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough.
