It has been a rough transition moving my in-laws in with us this past year and Northern Craft helped us get them more comfortable in their new space. The process was easy enough for late 70's parents to understand and see what they were looking forward to. Wasn't quite the 10 days as promised because it was a lower level area, and plumbing was tricky but they kept in contact with any delays and transparent through the whole process. Bruce makes the design process really easy and it was so much fun to see my imagination spring to life in the design process. He is exceptionally patient, and suggested some great space saving ideas that we hadn't thought of for the addition. Love the design software, it brought the rooms to life.

Bruce was great, we had multiple estimates done for a major home remodeling project. They were the most detailed and precise estimate that we got. The only company to actually give us a 3d rendering of our major renovation including knocking walls down a big addition and kitchen and bathroom renovation. Once we were happy with the rendition he got us a complete breakdown and a very competitive quote for the work to be completed. Just had a consultation with Sean from Northern Craft to get our master bathroom remodeled. Sean took the time to learn exactly what we want, and was very thorough with his questions, explanations and recommendations. He created a computer 3D model of our bathroom and walked us through various options as we designed the new bathroom together. The quote he gave us was itemized down to every detail and easy to understand. We can't wait to see our new bathroom when Northern Craft is done!
