The owner of the company personally came to my property to provide a free estimate. From the moment he arrived, he seemed very upset and had a rude attitude. When we tried to show him something on the property, he told us to “let us do our job” and complained that it was already enough that he had driven there and was giving us a free quote. His tone and behavior were very unprofessional.Despite that experience, I called the company and spoke directly with him. He apologized and mentioned that English was not his first language. I told him that wasn’t a problem at all and invited him to come back so we could start over. He agreed and confirmed he would return, but later called back to cancel and said he couldn’t make it.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work. Treating people with respect and kindness costs nothing. I believe people should take pride in what they do instead of bringing bad attitudes and negativity to their customers.
