I have had a unit here for almost four years and it has been broken into twice now & I have the insurance but it says doesn't cover theft or mysterious disappearances. The gate surrounding was broken but now its fixed and I cannot even get into my unit because I dont know how to access it and have been calling over a month now & leaving messages and no one will call me back and Im really getting aggravated with this place!! ALL I WOULD like is for someone to return my call and stop ignoring me!!
