Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The lady behind the desk(not the nice lady that served me but the one on the right next to her) stuck her rude finger up at me in front of my eight year-old son as she said to him quick your mum is leaving, whilst my back was turned as I was leaving after I was spoken to extremely rudely and eventually told her to shut up. Not to mention they completely stuffed up my order after I had traveled a long distance to get, which as a roofing company they had no idea what they were doing and told me to go to Clark rubber or Bunnings! Extremely disappointed, annoyed and frustrated. Bad experience all round, and most disappointed that my 8-year-old son was crying in the car after we left the shop no need to be rude to children. Do better!

Do not do business with this unethical company. If they come onto your property for a delivery and damage your property they claim they are not liable for any damage. Their crane truck damaged our gutters and they stuffed us around for 5 months trying to work out how they were going to fix their damage. In the end they wipe their hands of us saying they weren’t going to fix it. I have lots of colourful words I could use to describe this company after the treatment we received. My advice is don’t do business with them. They don’t care about your property.
