From the moment I contacted AB Graham, I knew they were different. Andrew worked around my crazy hours and hectic schedule and explained everything from start to finish. I had other companies over to give a quote, and of course you feel like a number, getting the speech and urgency to sign the contract now, but Andrew was different. He spent time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and even came back on his own time to re-measure to be sure about the sizing. When it came time to install, he has the nicest, most courteous guys on the job. I wasn't worried they would cut corners or rush to get the job done (it took ALL day). In fact, they came back the next day to finish up something they wanted to check on that didn't look right. They weren't the cheapest option I had for a window replacement, but you get what you pay for and the service with AB Graham is unsurpassed with any other contracting company I've ever dealt with. I had a new door put on my shed. The old door was a home-made barn door. The new door is composite and lighter weight. Tony did a great job! He did the work in a day. The new door is perfect.

Over the last ten years, A B Graham has fixed and/or upgraded my house's basement ceiling, back yard awning, bathroom, and most recently its kitchen. He and his crew do quality work, they sweat the details, and they take the time to get things right. Before he starts the job, he clearly explains the options as well as the possible complications that can come up so that we can figure out how to go forward. At some point in the future, I'm sure my house is going to need more work. I'm glad that at least I know who I'm going to call to get it done right.
