La experiencia es increible. Esta muy bien para personas que buscan relajarse y les encante un lugar ambientado, el personal fue amable, la comida si es un poco desabrida pero es comprensible ya que el lugar se encuentra lejos de otros lugares donde los recursos son difíciles de obtener. Sin embargo fue basicamente a partir de un tour, por lo que no nos ospedamos en una habitación, al igual que la playa es rocosa, pero el personal te guía por un camino sin rocas. Por el otro lado el spa es recomendable.

Place is very nice but they could do 2 things to make it acceptable. (1) kids of the staff should not be in the pool yelling and playing while we all paid money for a nice afternoon and (2) why is the music so loud? I asked 2x to please just lower it and they didn’t seem to care even though there were only 6 people in the pool area all keeping to themselves. Honestly, it gives off a cheap vibe and ruins the whole experience. I’d suggest going to another resort if you want to relax and enjoy the afternoon. If you want thumping music blaring nonstop this is the place for you!

This place is absolutely stunning, the pictures don't make justice. The view with the palm trees is unbeatable and has a nice music tempo vibe, different in the morning than in the afternoon. We tried different things from the menu and I recommend the fried fish more than any other stuff I tried, needs a little more work on the salads. Recommend also to make a reservation in advance. This is only a day pass review.

This is not the place to visit if you’re looking for white sand beaches and crystal-clear water. We booked the VIP Pass, and the boat transfer to the beach club was a great experience.The facilities appear new, modern, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Drinks took a very long time to arrive, and there seemed to be a lack of coordination among the staff. For example, we were given three different departure times during the day.The sea floor is covered with large rocks, making access to the water difficult. There is only a small entry point that can be used safely, but it is not clearly marked. We only found out about it thanks to local visitors. Since the water is quite dark, it is difficult to see the rocks beneath the surface, which can be hazardous.On a positive note, lunch was very good, and the restrooms were clean, modern, and well maintained.

The overall atmosphere and facilities are ok. The setting is beautiful.There is no beach at this beach club - you cannot swim there or be in the water because there are stones everywhere.Food is average. Service is slow. Audio equipment is not premium for this level of venue - 2 EV speakers on speaker stands without subwoofer is not the kind of sound that venue of this level should have.

Probably the best part of my travels to Colombia and finding the perfect spot on the island. The atmosphere and ambiance is amazing. The building is beautiful and well constructed and certainly fits the vibe and the island life style. The food is very good and a variety too choose from the bar area is absolutely stunning and probably the most beautiful is the view from interior overlooking the beach and stunning sunsets. The staff are very tentative and friendly. Overall a great experience and certainly worth a visit if you’re only there for the day. We stayed in one of the cabanas and totally blew away the expectations on what you get. Absolutely out of this world. The details and the design was fabulous. The room was huge and extremely comfortable with everything you could want for. Worth every penny that I paid for the entire experience. Knowing that the hotel is nearly complete but even that you don’t notice. Would certainly like to return one day…

Si yo quisiera les pongo una demanda con la secretaria de Cartagena por abusivos, afanando con mentiras a los visitantes para no tener tiempo para revisar lo que uno consume y pagarles la gana a parte cobrar por derecha un servicio que claramente no se ganaron.

Really nice beach club with a very reasonable package. The VIP package came with to and from transportation via boat, as well as lunch with a dessert and a welcome cocktail. The facilities are really nice. There are lots of beds to choose from with ample shade. Very beautiful the music is nice, but it’s not too loud. The bathrooms are very nice and everything in the facilities was clean. Tried the margarita and the aperol spritz and they were both great. A reasonable 20 minute boat ride from the port, definitely like this better than the Bora Bora Beach resort. Server was attentive and kind. We did five drinks, one water and one appetizer outside of our VIP pass and it was about $90.I would definitely come back.

Vine con grupo a un daypass y completamente recomiendo la experiencia, el lugar está muy limpio, la atención fue muy buena, el lugar es privado, cómodo, bonito y la comida es deliciosa, la playa es muy buena para pasar el rato. Facilities were excellent. The Cabana was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the beach as it is not as beautiful as others like Bora Bora. Our server was Chaira. She was the best!!! Super friendly, courteous and helpful!!
