I called Jeanette in July 2022 based on a referral, and told her that I wanted to list my rental property as soon as my tenant moved out on 9/30. Jeanette started the ball rolling right then. She collected info on the property and worked out a timeline with me for prepping, listing and selling it as soon as possible.She did a walkthrough of the property with me and made a list of suggestions to maximize the sales price.
