I was so impressed at the entire process. Luis got in and down to business. He explained & answered all my questions before starting. he was thorough and patient and pleasant. I’m still waiting for it to completely dry but I can already tell my carpet looks just about new again. He got the pile standing up nicely. The pump/machinery wasn’t nearly as loud as I thought would be either. ( He did explain that I needed to not walk on it or put anything back for a minimum of 4-6 hours.)I got his business card as I certainly will recommend both Luis and Nick’s Quick Carpet Cleaning if anyone asks me. PS: My son & his MIL used Nick’s last fall before putting her house on the market in Conroe. He told me they did a super job getting the pet odor out of the entire house. Both my son & His MIL was very pleased & referred them to me. I can honestly say I’ve found a company I’d like to stick with. The price they charged was very modest as well.
