We had Josh as our technician and he came and did a very large job. He worked so hard from 9:20 am arrival until 4:30 pm in the afternoon. He was kind, hard working, and very efficient as his job. We would certainly request him again next time we use Nicks cleaning.

I had carpet, area rug and tile and grout cleaning in my house. Before I got quotes only for tile and grout approx 500$ from other companies, so adding up carpet and rug I think it was fairly priced, even though it is not cheap.Reuven, the tech who actually completed the job was amazing. Very polite, upfront told me what to expect, he had concerns about grout and said it may not look like brand new, but after the cleaning and when everything dried out - it looked very well, all high traffic areas darkness was removed.I don’t have pets at home but few times hosted the puppy that had few accidents on the carpet - all cleaned up perfectly, no stain. I’m very happy. Money well spent.

I requested a quote this morning and within minutes the owner Nick gave me a call and explained everything, it wasn’t like a gimmicky sales call - he shared the process and how it works and then was able to luckily get us on the schedule same day due to a reschedule that happened. Josh came out and was very professional and put lots of time and care into the specific needs we had for our upholstery cleaning concerns. The total time was around 2 hours and we are thrilled to be able to enjoy our very loved couch like it is brand new again! My sofa smells so clean and fresh and looks brand new! Thanks Nick & Josh!
