We contracted with Crawl Space Ninja of Delaware to encapsulate our crawl space and install a high quality de-humidifier for our basement to improve our house's energy consumption and reduce basement humidity. Their team of Shane and Dan arrived promptly and worked efficiently to prepare the crawl space, install the moisture barrier and install the dehumidifier, along with their electrician. They diligently cleaned up the area before they left, were super polite, and patiently answered all our questions along the way. The project went very smoothly with this team, and along with great communication with Ethan and Aaron prior to the start of the project, we are very happy to recommend Crawl Space Ninja of Delaware to anyone thinking of getting this type of work done.
