We had crawl space ninja come out a few years ago to encapsulate our crawl space. We went down to change our filter on our dehumidifier and found some water in our crawl space . We called crawl space ninja to report this. They were very quick to get back to us, they were out to our home in no time. ETHAN communicated with us the night before to let us know around about what time he was coming out, he also let us know the morning of when he was going to be at our home. Ethan was kind, courteous, respectful and prompt. Ethan. Let us know what was going on and that he had fixed the problem. He showed us pictures and explained everything in detail. We were very impressed from start to finish. I would highly recommend crawl space ninja!! In this day and age it's very hard to find good customer service.
