All installations (insulation, dehumidifier, and circulation fan) were completed perfectly, with clean and discreet exterior discharges. The guys who arrived at the house were punctual, professional, courteous, and talented. They cleaned up after themselves, and left me with a clean, dry, and pleasant crawlspace; and (maybe most importantly) the peace-of-mind of knowing that no mildew is forming. They treat me like I am one of their own. Two big problems with the last guys work; they called me right away, were at the house within a day, and fixed the problems. One problem was a dead (2 years old) dehumidifier. Charged me a service call with top-notched servce, ordered a new unit because it's underwarranty. Constant communication and updates. Our first impression of CrawlSpace Ninjas, 3 years ago. We first found out about CrawlSpace Ninja when we seen a billboard. We had been interested in a professional looking at our crawl space for a few years. One of our crawl spaces still had a dirt/rock floor and the installation was falling down and really no longer serving a purpose. We reached out and Mr. Monroe responded in a quick manner and we got him scheduled to come out for a no-cost evaluation. He was straight forward with us. We have two separate crawl spaces and after his survey he let us know the one crawl space really didn’t need any work. He suggested we get the other one completed. He sent us a detailed breakdown of the work to be completed, what work was included and what wasn’t and he included before pictures. We also mentioned that I was active duty military and he provided us with a discount and shared he was prior military as well. We were not pressured to make a decision on the spot. We appreciate that because I like to pray about decisions before we move forward. During the whole process we never once felt out of the loop.
