I cannot give a stronger recommendation. I have over 40 years of construction experience.This encapsulation was for our Parsonage at Longneck Methodist Church. I am a trustee and one of the ones assigned to this project.ON TIME, that does not happen that often anymore.Not only is the work first class, but they took care of some additional items they found during their process at no additional cost.The equipment they use is state of the art, the process used to clean the "mold like substance" off the joists in the basement left them looking like new. They had a Hepa Filter in the parsonage running while they did their soda blasting. NO ODERS were noted by me, in our building when they were complete with treating the joists in the crawlspace. They actually worked with military precision; everyone knew what they were supposed to accomplish and did so. Less

I had 2 cats and then adopted 2 kittens who are now 2 years old. I thought that the crawl space was a great place for them to run around until…a little over a year ago when I saw a large section of insulation on the floor. They had pulled out the buttons and were climbing in and out of the joists. Eventually, almost all of the insulation was down, cement block walls showing, and fluffy pieces spread around. When I contacted Crawl space Ninja, I knew that all of my insulation would need to be replaced. They came up with a better option for my situation- installing a foam board insulation instead- that was not only an improvement compared to what I had, but also “cat proof”! They removed all of the old insulation and installed the new insulation all around- it looks great! Less

After having a busted hose bib line (that I had replaced) resulted in water backing up in my basement and saturating a portion of the basement wall insulation and water on the basement floor. I was concerned about mold developing on the effected wall. I contacted Crawl Space Ninja and Richie Wilson came out to quote an estimate to correct the problem. Richie gave a fair estimate to treat for mold and install a vapor barrier and was very professional. The repair was completed in a timely manner by Richie and his worker. They did a great job.
